Here’s a fun and cute hairstyle for your girls–big or small! It’s a great hairdo for beginners as well, and includes a short tutorial on how to do a twist braid–the easiest and one of the cutest braids, in my opinion. These cute ponytails are great for any activity, cheer, dance, gymnastics, sports, or just for school!
Plan on about 10 minutes from start to finish! For this hairstyle you will need:
spray bottle if you wish to keep hair damp
comb to part with
~1. Part hair down the middle from forehead to nape of neck. Part from ear to ear. It is very helpful to have damp hair for this style.
~2. Ponytail off front two sections equidistance from top part line and from ear.
~3. Leaving out the hair from the front/top ponys, ponytail off bottom/back sections, making them lower.
~4. Take top two sections left out and smooth them or respray with water. Pull them to the center top line/intersection and begin twisting the two pieces around each other. Continue down the part line until they are equal with the bottom two ponytails.
~5. Ponytail each section to the existing ponytails using another elastic.
~6. Respray/smooth down bottom ponys and braid twist braids in them until the ends of the hair. Fasten with elastic. Spray with spray and you are done!
