Fishtail Progressive Braid
This video will teach you how to do a cute progressive braid that uses a fishtail braid as the primary braid. It works best on medium to long lengths of hair, but can be modified to work on short hairstyles as well! You will need one elastic for this cute hairdo and about 10 minutes. Have fun!
Pull hair back from face and part off section from temples. Split in half.
Begin a fishtail braid: Split hair in half and start bringing very small sections from one side over and cross to other side. Repeat.
After creating a fishtail braid about 2-3 inches long, add in a large section from both sides of head, to match the length of the braid you’ve created. After adding in hair, continue to fishtail down another 2-3 inches.
Repeat bringing in large section from either side of head, continue.
Repeat until all hair from head is added in. Finish fishtail down to ends.
